You can snap a photo of any bouquet that catches your eye, add notes on its colors or style, and build your personal inspiration gallery. Organize your discoveries into custom categories, and explore curated mood boards and style collections to spark new ideas for any occasion.
4) Accounts
A. Account Information
You may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information (such as name, username, and email) and keep it up to date.
B. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect the Service, users, or ourselves, including for suspected unauthorized access or misuse.
5) Your Content
"User Content" means content you submit or store through the Service, such as photos, notes, categories, and support messages.
A. Ownership
You retain ownership of your User Content.
B. Permission to Operate the Service
You grant Santine a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your User Content solely to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and to comply with law and enforce these Terms.
C. Responsibility
You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service (e.g., introducing malware, scraping at scale, reverse engineering where prohibited by law)
- Misrepresent your identity or submit false information
7) Optional Automated/AI-Like Features
If the Service offers optional automated processing features (including AI-like techniques) to help organize or enhance your library, you control whether to use them. Any such processing is described in our Privacy Policy (without necessarily being linked from this page).
8) Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Santine or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.
9) Third-Party Services
The Service may interact with third-party services or operating system features (for example, camera, photo library, location services). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies, and Santine is not responsible for them.
10) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANTINE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
SANTINE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANTINE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANTINE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SANTINE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES A DIFFERENT AMOUNT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12) Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Santine from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
13) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or others.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and indemnification).
14) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Santine Team is primarily established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
15) Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
You and Santine agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court if eligible, or seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or prevent unauthorized access.
The arbitration will be conducted in the primary place of business of Santine Team (or another location we agree on), in English, by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
You and Santine waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration to the extent permitted by law.
16) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by updating the effective date and providing notice in the app). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17) Miscellaneous
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Santine regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the subject.
