- We do not use your photos to build marketing profiles, and we do not use your photos to train models for advertising.

- Provide and maintain the Service, including account creation and sign-in
- Personalize your experience (e.g., organizing content, preferences)
- Improve and develop the Service, including debugging and analytics
- Provide customer support and respond to requests

6) Optional AI/Automated Processing Features (If You Choose to Use Them)
Santine may offer optional features that use automated processing (including AI-like techniques) to help you organize or enhance your inspiration library (for example: suggesting categories, extracting color/style notes, or generating suggestions based on a photo you select).
Your control
- You decide whether to use these features and whether to upload content.
- If you do not use these features, your content is not uploaded for this purpose.
Processing and deletion
- Any photo and/or text you submit for these optional features is processed on servers controlled by Santine Team.
- We do not share these inputs with any third-party AI providers, and we do not use them for marketing.
- We delete the uploaded photo/text inputs promptly after processing is completed, unless you choose to save the output in your library.
7) How We Disclose Information
We disclose information only as necessary and in the following situations:
A. With Your Consent
We may disclose information if you direct us to do so (for example, if you choose to export or share content).
B. Service Providers (Processors)
We may use trusted service providers to help us operate the Service (for example, infrastructure hosting, data storage, customer support tooling, and analytics). They may process information on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it and use it only to provide services to us.
C. Legal Requirements and Protection of Rights
